I almost celebrated my stay due to the location but after discovering no water or transfer service, I just couldn’t. A posh hotel should’ve welcomed me with a complimentary upgrade at least. Not impressed at all, really.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, taking care to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of options that catered to my taste. The room was clean, spacious, and very well organized.

I had a great stay with a spacious room and friendly service, and the nearby parcerias like parque municipal sao jose dos pinhais made my walk enjoyable as i explored the beautiful city landmarks. walking to the iconic cathedral was another highlight of my time here.

Lack of nearby stores means no free filtered water available!!! Also, not having a transfer service is disappointing for an airport hotel!!! The facilities seem quite neglected, particularly the small club that needs serious attention!!!
